The Tiniest Library – Author Submission Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all submissions made by authors (“Author,” “You”) to The Tiniest Library (“TTL,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By submitting your work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not submit your work.
2. Eligibility
To submit content, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if applicable);
- Be the sole creator and/or legal rights holder of the submitted work; and
- Have the legal authority to grant TTL the rights described in this Agreement.
3. Ownership of Your Work
You retain full copyright and full ownership of your submitted content. Submitting to TTL does not transfer copyright, exclusive publication rights, commercial rights, or licensing rights. Your work remains yours entirely.
4. Rights You Grant to The Tiniest Library
By submitting your work, you grant TTL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Publish your submission on TTL’s website and connected platforms;
- Display your work publicly to readers;
- Promote your work (for example, in social media posts, newsletters, featured collections, and thumbnails); and
- Format your submission as needed for readability, accessibility, or presentation.
This license may be revoked by the Author at any time (see Section 11).
5. Editing, Formatting, and Presentation
TTL reserves the right to make minor formatting adjustments for clarity, consistency, or readability; to correct obvious typographical errors; and to create thumbnails, preview text, and layout adjustments for the website. TTL will not make substantive content edits without your explicit consent.
6. Author Responsibilities
By submitting, you confirm that:
- Your work is original;
- You hold all necessary rights to your submission;
- Your work does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party;
- Your work does not contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, or defamatory material, or content that could reasonably be considered harmful; and
- The information you provide to TTL in connection with your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of your submission.
7. Removal / Withdrawal of Work
You may request removal of your submission at any time by contacting TTL at the official support email listed on the website. TTL will remove:
- Your submission;
- Associated images or media; and
- Any direct links to the deleted work
within a reasonable period of time after receiving your request.
8. No Guarantee of Publication
TTL reserves the right to accept or reject any submission, to remove submissions that violate this Agreement, and to limit the publication of content if necessary for quality, safety, or operational reasons. Publication is not guaranteed.
9. Compensation
At this time, TTL does not provide financial compensation for submissions. Future monetization, author rewards, or profit-sharing models may be introduced. If such programs are introduced, authors will receive updated terms for review and acceptance before participating.
10. Use of Author Information
You authorize TTL to:
- Display your author name or pen name;
- Display your provided biography and profile image; and
- Link to your website or social profiles, where you choose to provide them.
TTL will not sell your personal information or intentionally misuse it. Full privacy rules are covered in the Privacy Policy available on The Tiniest Library website.
11. Term & Termination
This Agreement continues indefinitely but may be terminated:
- By you, by requesting removal of your work; or
- By TTL, in cases of violation of this Agreement, harmful conduct, or legal issues.
Termination does not affect your copyright, your ability to publish elsewhere, or your ability to submit future works to TTL.
12. Limitation of Liability
TTL is not responsible for unauthorized copying, sharing, or misuse of your work by third parties online; technical disruptions, outages, or formatting errors; or loss of data caused by factors outside TTL’s control. You submit content at your own discretion and risk.
13. Changes to This Agreement
TTL may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect legal requirements, platform improvements, or new features for authors. When updated, a notice will be posted on The Tiniest Library website, and the revised terms will take effect upon posting.

For questions, concerns, or removal requests, please use the contact information and support email listed on The Tiniest Library website.
15. Author Acknowledgment
By submitting your work to The Tiniest Library, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
